In recent years, truck drivers have become one of America’s most sought after workers; the American economy is rapidly growing at a faster rate than trucking companies can keep up with. In addition, a large portion of current truck drivers will begin to retire over the next few years. That coupled with thousands of new driving jobs forming has created a massive shortage of truck drivers.
