In most cases, a cover letter can often be seen more important than your résumé. Your résumé is very important, however, cover letters are required because employers want to see and “read” how effectively you are able to communicate your interests. Anyone can submit a résumé, but the top questions are “Why do want this job”? “Why do you want to work here”? It’s very important that you ask yourself these questions.
