It has been revealed that men are more likely to ask for a pay rise according to a survey released from Ceridian, one of the largest providers of human resource services in the world. Of the 8% of respondents who claimed they would negotiate hard for a salary increase, three quarters of them were men! One in three said they would rather leave a company than ask for a pay rise and one in six said they would never ask for a salary increase.
